MBA (Mind-Body Approach) in Health and Wellness is a process grounded in the belief that achieving and maintaining overall good health is more than just taking care of the physical body.

Its about supporting our clients’ growth towards optimal well-being, through communication, reinforcing accountability and goal-oriented action plans, and by being a resource for nutrition, exercise and stress management.

beliefs and values are reflected in your actions and reactions
and how each have ultimately created your current state of
physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

The four areas in which we focus our Integrative Coaching are defined below:

PHYSICAL WELLNESS

Physical Wellness guides you in understanding and appreciating the relationship between being physically active and making sound nutritional choices. The benefits of overall good health (looking and feeling your absolute best) are, more often than not, the result of the psychological benefits of enhanced self-esteem, self-worth, discipline, determination and a positive sense of direction.

MENTAL WELLNESS

Mental Wellness is about learning to enjoy life and procure a balance between activities and efforts to achieve psychological resilience.  Mental Wellness teaches you how to live more optimistically where you can capitalize on your own abilities, cope with normal life stresses, work productively, make a contribution to your community and respond positively to the circumstances of life.

EMOTIONAL WELLNESS

Emotional Wellness helps you learn to how to manage your feelings, understand your patterns and behaviors and assess your limitations. It guides you in strengthening your ability to cope effectively with stress, take on challenges and risks and accept that disappointments and frustrations, maintain healthy relationships with others and the degree to which you feel positive and enthusiastic about yourself and your life.

SPIRITUAL WELLNESS

Spiritual Wellness is the process of learning how to live in “harmony and perfect balance” with your physical, mental and emotional self. Spiritual Wellness also involves participating in the practices of yoga, meditation, visualization and affirmation, as well as having a strong, healthy belief system which supports you in every aspect of your life.
